Exploring the Sun and Marco Polo Robot at Asiago Observatory, December 28, 2013
Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 14.00 hours at l' Pennar Asiago Observatory will be an observation of the Sun and some initiatives dedicated to little ones.
The Sun is the nearest star to us and the only one that allows us to directly observe its characteristics. With two telescopes equipped with special filters, you can see the spots and prominences . If the sky is clear, you can also observe Venus.
Children's lesson Marco Polo Robot and launch of a small rocket. Visit to the telescope Galileo.
Admission: $ 7.00 adults; $ 5.00 children (6-14 years)
Supplement: € 2.00 in the ticket (for goggles with solar filter or with grating)
ASTRONOMICAL OBSERVATORY EVENT PROGRAM

18.00 hours: Comet Ison, Jupiter and its moons . Direct observation of the Comet Ison (if light enough) telescope in multimedia room and remotely with Schmidt telescope cima Ekar. Observations of Jupiter and its moons. Visit the telescope Galileo. In case of bad weather lesson on comets. Admission: 7 € adults; $ 5 youth (6-14 years)
