FORTAJA with SPONSOI Festival in Camporovere of Roana, Asiago plateau on June 1, 2014
Sunday 1 June 2014 from 16.00 hours at City Holl at Camporovere of Roana, Asiago plateau held the traditional feast of Fortaja with sponsoi.
The evening will be enlivened by feast and music and a rich food stand prepared specially for all present.
The fortaja with the sponsoi, traditional omelette with Morels (delicious seasonal mushroom) is the typical dish from which this festival takes its name.
The event will take place inside a large tent, equipped with tables and benches, and the kitchen, where hundreds of eggs will be shelled to prepare delicious omelettes with fungi.
The Fortaja with the sponsoi Festival is organized at the Pro Loco di Camporovere.
