GNOCCHI FESTIVAL in Santa Caterina di Lusiana, Altopiano di Asiago 11-16 August 2015
From Thursday 11 to Sunday 16 August 2015, the week of Ferragosto, as every year the Santa Caterina di Lusiana -Altopiano di Asiago-will be animated by traditional dish par excellence, the gnocchi.
The event annually attracts a large number of people both from thePlateau is from the plain, curious and eager to eat the dumplings of Lusiana.
The Gnocchi Feast of Santa Caterina di Lusiana deal six hot days, where children and adults will be able to divertersi with entertainment like dancing and country afternoons; and of course taste the delicious gnocchi!

Great news are coming for the 2015 gnocchi Feast: on Thursday, August 13, 2015 from 9.00 am seen hiking with the nineteenth century Team% can rent bikes, fat bike and e-bike at the big top.
Another great new feature not to be missed: sauces for a day!
This ano in collaboration with chef 2, the Organization could achieve truly special sauces:
- on Thursday, 13 will be possible to taste dumplings with cream of Zucchini, fresh tomatoes and crisp mountain granpennar (chef & Kitchen art);
- on Friday, 14 gnocchi with peas of Lumignano and Asiago speck (Pioppetto restaurant)
All together with plus 10 sauces always available.
