DANCES of the PEOPLES of the Caucasus, Russian Ballet, dance ALAN, Asiago February 20

Since 1957, the complex "Alan" often performs on tour. The virtuosity of the dancers, the artistismo and the unmatched craftsmanship aroused the applause of viewers in more than 60 countries around the world. The famous choreographers of Russia and CIS countries collaborated with the complex. The complex's repertoire is very broad. The concert program includes over 20 ossezie dances and other peoples of the Caucasus to the accompaniment of the orchestra and singing. In October 1997 the complex was awarded the title "academic". In April 2000 the complex won the prestigious award in the field of art "Golden Apollo".
Currently the State Academic Ensemble of dance "Alan" awarded the order of friendship of Peoples Republic of North Ossetia-Alania has the Gold Medal of the International Festival of the five continents of the city of Dijon (France), is winner of national and international competitions and prize "Golden Apollo".
State complex "Alan" is the bearer of high artistic values and spreading ideas of peace and friendship among peoples regardless of races and religions.
