Sagra dei cuchi in Canove di Roana the 23, 24 and 25 April 2011
The sagra dei cuchi is an occurrence which takes place every year in Canove, a village a few kilometres from Asiago, every April 25, St. Mark's day.
The cuchi are anancient tradition in the Asiago plateau. This is typical handmade terracotta whistles of every shape and color. On the occasion of the Festival, the whistles will be exposed and you can even buy them. The exhibition will be linked to the popular party and will attend a food stand warmed up at the big top, where you can taste typical dishes such aspolenta and " musso" or evening the "spit-Bull".
