Theme and lesson observation remotely at the Asiago Astrophysical Observatory

Thursday, july 26, 2018, theAsiago Observatory organizes in his seat of Pennar an interesting meeting rigurardante the "International Space Station", a juggernaut of technology who is stationed at more than 300 km of distance in Earth's orbit and used for scientific research.

From 21.00 hours will be revealed all the curiosity on this station, joint project of five different space agencies: the U.S. NASA, the Russian RKA, Europäische ESA (with all the space agencies related), Japan's JAXA and the Canadian CSA.

The theme class will also be supplemented by historical insights on exploration of the solar system and theremote observation with the Schmidt telescope, which will be carried out only in cases of clear skies.

For those who will participate in two or more visits, only the first entry will be at full price. We recommend warm clothing and to have a front panel. For groups of 10 people it is possible to agree with the astronomer visiting at other times.
