On Thursday 31 July 2025, the Palazzetto di Canove di Roana hosts a moment of pure well-being. At 6:00 pm, Laura will lead a yoga lesson open to all, an opportunity to find inner balance through movement and breathing.

In a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, participants will be able to experience the benefits of this ancient practice, with exercises suitable for every level of experience. 

Free admission makes the event accessible to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a moment of peace in the tranquility of the mountains.
