Guided walk at sunset
GOAL: Cima Ekar - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
We start on foot along the gentle alpine pastures of the Ekar peak ridge, where we can admire the sunset on the boundless panoramas that open towards the central basin of the Asiago Plateau and its mountainous crown characterized by the presence of green fir and beech trees that in autumn are tinged with yellow and brown due to the phenomenon of foliage
We arrive near Malga Campo di Costa Lunga to discover all the secrets of rural mountain life.
Along the way there are several works of land art, made with the aim of remembering the naturalist and elementary school teacher Patrizio Rigoni, these works tell the naturalistic wonders of the Plateau, but also the evolution of the relationship between man and the wild that we will not miss the opportunity to analyze along the way.
Reservations are required.
This event is part of the program of the Foliage event.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths, and dirt roads. The difference in altitude uphill is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, cap, front pile (possibly with red light).
COST: 15€ for the guided excursion per person, 5€ for children under 15 years.
