GOAL: Forte Punta Corbin - Altopiano dei Sette Comuni
Starting from the village of Treschè Conca this guided excursion crosses meadows, pastures and lush woods to reach an exceptionally panoramic place: Punta Corbin, where stands the homonymous Fort of the First World War, the most developed and best preserved highland military complex. From the batteries suspended on the Val d'Astico we will dominate the Plain and the Valleys below, we will discover the use of the various parts of the fortification. The indelible traces visible in the landscape and the stories of soldiers on the front line and civilians, forced between these mountains accompany during a journey through history that excites and makes us appreciate even more the beauty of nature that surrounds us.

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties. The route develops between dirt roads, mountain paths and a few short stretches of asphalt road, rarely busy. The difference in height uphill is less than 300 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, PACKED LUNCH.
