Are you ready to relax and find mind-body harmony? 

On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, a special yoga class will be held in Canove di Roana that will lead you to a state of calm and well-being.

The lesson will start at 18:00 at the Palazzetto Polifunzionale di Canove, in Via XXV Aprile. 

Admission is free (no reservation required) and open to all those interested in discovering the benefits of yoga.

During the lesson, you will be guided through a series of positions and movements that will promote relaxation, flexibility , and concentration. The practice of yoga will allow you to release accumulated stress, improve your well-being and increase the awareness of your body and mind.

Get ready to release muscle tension, breathe deeply and regain a sense of inner peace, letting yourself be carried away by the gentleness of the movements and the tranquility of the surrounding environment.
