Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 20.00 hours at the Restaurant Alps Foza event not to be missed for lovers of fine cuisine: "Spring at the table," culinary event on the products of the spring season on theAsiago plateau.
The event, centred on the theme of spring, is the second of the Festival and will feature, in fact, typical products fresh and genuine, coming from the neighbouring lands of the plateau and annexed terrirori.
A dinner where the delights of meadows and forests ofAsiago plateau 7 Comuni will conquer even the most demanding gourmets, with unique flavors and genuine.
To make it extra special evening will be hosted by Antonio and Lisa Calhoun, experts of herbs and their use in cooking and medicine.
THE MENU
APPETIZERS
- Raw herbs.
-Arctic char Tartare to aromas of meadows.
-Herb combination and field's Flan with cheese fondue to Slappeur.
FIRST
-Egg mousse Tortelli, "sparasi and sponsoj"
-Herb ricotta cheese Gnocchi OBEX.
SECOND COURSES
-Slice of Arctic char with mixed herbs, mashed carrots and vegetables.
DESSERT
-Berry Soup with prosecco and elderflower syrup

For Sunday, may 7, instead, planned there will be an interesting guided tour always in the company of Anthony and Lisa Calhoun, with lunch in the Restaurant of Foza.
