Guided walk on the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities
Thursday, August 26, 2021,the Pro Loco of Mezzaselva,in collaboration with Asiago Guide, organizes an interesting excursion through the ancient districts of Mezzaselva.
The excursion will take place from 16.30 to 19.30,to discover the ancient districts of the country and thecimbra origin of their names.
Free participation with RESERVATION REQUIRED.
ins and outs
As the population grew in the Plateau, new districtswere created with deforestation, characterized not only by more or less colorful names of some family, but also by precise identifications to indicate a certain profession present in the district. Around the ancient Toballe,we find in the maps the localities Trujo, Schneidar, Tökkalar, Pajazzen... Along an easy path, we will touch these often forgotten places, but able to give us multiple emotions especially with the lights of the sun that falls behind the Small Dolomites making everything poetry ...
DIFFICULTY: difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between mountain paths, dirt and paved roads. The difference in height uphill is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU:mask and disinfectant gel, mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit.
