Guided excursions
Saturday, July 24, 2021 awaits you on theAsiago Plateau aguided excursion to Marcesina.
The excursion, entitled"The places of Rigoni Stern",is organized by Il Giornale di Vicenza on the occasion of the centenary of the birth of Mario Rigoni Stern.
It will be led by Luca Trevisan,mountaineer and writer, who will lead you along paths and mule tracks along which you can observe some bordering cippi along the border between the Serenissima Republic of Venice and the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
The meeting is at the Albergo Marcesina, from which you will leave at 9:00 am for a 3-hour excursion (round trip).
INFO AND REGISTRATION
Registration is required; maximum group of 30 people. Registration on Saturday, July 17th at IAT in Asiago.
A small donation to the Cai for accompaniment is suggested.
What to take with you: Hiking boots, water.
Participants will be insured by the organization.
