Excursion for sustainable tourism "ALTA VIA TILMAN from Asiago to Ekar" Futourist project, 13 October 2019
In collaboration with the Futourist project, FREEguided tours, conducted by the Plateau Guides, were organized by the City of Asiago.
OnOctober 13th, the excursion is scheduled to start from Asiago and arrive at the Ekar and then to the Valbella to return to Asiago
The high street traces the journey that Major Harold William Tilman, responsible for allied commands in the Agordino area during the Resistance, made to reach his command post after being parachuted into the Asiago Plateau in the summer 1944.
The route, which takes place between woods and pastures, is interesting both for the landscapes it crosses, as well as for the places linked to the First World War.
EXCURSION SCHEDULE:
Meeting: Scheduled for 9 a.m. from the Bar of the Old Asiago Station, near the forecourt of the Ice Stadium of Asiago. The departure will take place directly on foot.

N.33 of 04/11/2002 and according to the laws of the professional registers of which fans part.
