The Plateau Guides offerhistorical and naturalistic excursion to Monte Zebio, Altopiano di Asiago, Tuesday 20 August 2013.

The meeting is set to 09:00 at the Piazzale dello Stadio del ghiaccio di Asiago.

Duration: full day excursion. FIX: media path.

The Monte Zebio, the protagonist of the first world war, is one of the places that testify the triste fate of many men who fought for their homeland. It is through these places full of history and full of history which runs this excursion.

Places that anyway despite the damage suffered in the past, today also show a rich nature and lush , typical of the upper area of the plateau.
We will take a walk through the woods of various types by combining different features, we focus on theAlpine environment marked by pools of pasture and grazing of high altitude and finally we will cross beautiful Karst formations typical of the place.
