Guided excursions
Guided tour-"the Englishmen in the great war-San Sisto Ridge"-by the Association "Plateau" Guides in the plateau of Asiago and 7 Municipalities
"The trenches of front line was narrow and deep type, with an elevation at the base to shoot. In some places had been taken from the rock. Starting from the right, ran at the foot of San Sisto to about 1000 metres inside the boundary of the forest. So writes the Lieutenant Colonel George Barnett of those days of 1918 when British allies arrived on the plateau!
Norman Gladden, Ernest Hemingway and others will become famous. But then in 1918 were simply of soldiers and will write and tell their experience right here in these places in the plateau of Asiago 7 Comuni.

The Association is composed of local guides that operate on the territory of the seven Municipalities Plateau for many years. Membership to the site by members of the group ensures an intimate knowledge of the proposals and a deeply respectful approach towards the environment and its history. Our guides are professionals recognized and entered in the register of the Vicenza province; they propose to accompany busloads of people on excursions and tours drive on the territory, as required by regional law No. 33 of 11/4/2002.
