Excursion in the great war with Asiago plateau-Guides "1918-the battles of three mountains and the 1899"
After the battle of the 1917 Melette, the Austrians had forced Italian troops to fall back on a new line that is supported on the heights of Echar, Valbella, Col del Rosso and of Ecchele.
On 23 December 1917 the Austrians of III Corps managed to break through the line occupying the Valbella, continuing over Stelvio. In January the 14° bersaglieriBrigade, attempted to attack from Valbella to Malga Stenfle without, however, achieving results.
Will accompany you along the line of the Italian resistance to understand the events in December 1917 until the end of world war.

The Association "Plateau" is composed by local guides who operate on the territory of the plateau of the seven Municipalities for many years. Membership in place by Assembly components ensures an intimate knowledge of the proposals and a deeply respectful approach towards the environment and its history. Our guides are mountain professionals recognized and entered in the register of the Vicenza province; they propose to accompany groups of people hiking and guided visits in the territory, as required by L.R. n. 33 of 11/4/2002 and according to the laws of albi professional fan part.
