For every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the months of July and August is planning a course of "morning exercises and gymnastics for adulthood" organized by the Pro Loco Association.

Wednesday July 12, 2017 9.00 a.m. meeting at the Palazzetto of Canove where Anna and Claudia will teach gymnastics techniques to awaken the muscles and exercises of stretching.

The exercises is a great way to start the day with more energy and if practiced regularly optimize the control and tone muscles, activates the metabolism and helps reduce the stress.

The result is a day that begins with a geek... You can no longer do without it!
