Soft Gym open to all with Martina a gallium, Asiago plateau
Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 9.00 a.m. at Square Gardens in Gallium, Asiago plateau, Martina offers one hour of gymnastics, suitable for all ages.
An excellent opportunity to start your day off on the right foot, looking for the physical and mental well-being ! The participation is open to all and free of charge.
These appointments with the motion, sponsored by the municipality of gallium, will be held every Monday and Thursday mornings from 24 July to 24 August.
Many experts agree that starting the day with some physical activity makes then easier to deal with the stress and the daily engagements.
GYMNASTICS SWEET
The gymnastics is a sport that involves running by athletes of longer or shorter sequences of movements that require forza, elasticity and kinesthetic skills (the so-called coordination). The gentle exercise is particularly suitable for sedentary people who do not perform physical activity for a long time or for the elderly. The exercises are aimed to activate the muscles and circulation and bring benefits to bone, joints and ligaments.
