Sunday hike in the snow and Alpine hut Bar lunch, February 14, 2016
Sunday, February 14, 2016, on the occasion of Valentine's day, the Cooperative Biosphera, in cooperation with the Alpine Hut Bar, organizes a Sunday really special, with a charming excursion among the natural beauties of' Asiago plateau, between the green of the forest, the blue sky and the white snow.
10 a.m., we will venture with snowshoes to walk through the Woods and pastures of Mount Zovetto, from which you can admire the entire Valley of Asiago, the beech woods, pastures of Busa wheelbarrow.
You will walk footpaths and mule tracks, until it reaches the Alpine Hut Bar, in the locality of Puddle del Favero (Caltrano, VI) which will greet us with a lunch to enjoy in peace and in good company.
THE PROGRAM OF THE EXCURSION

Meeting at 10.00 at the p bowing in the locality Magnaboschi (Cesuna di Roana), acquaintance with the Guide and the group, briefing about using snowshoes (for whom he never used)
- Start along the path that crosses the English Cemetery (one of five of theAltopiano di Asiago) and the Italian cemetery, with notes on the First World War, naturalistic aspects of the forest, Alpine ponds. You pass through the wooded clearings and some stretches of the area to Mount Zovetto, up to the top, from which you can enjoy an exceptional panorama over the entire conca di Asiago: mount Campolongo, Verena, the area of Ortigara, Melette with monte Fior, the villages of Cesuna, Canove, Asiago with the sacred monument of Leiten.
- Ascent (light) to puddle dantzler to the Alpine Hut Bar, basin that lies ahead with the stove on.

Lunch (first or main course, dessert, wine, coffee).
- Surprise ending and ... as they resumed the journey along a wooded tract that leads us back to descend into Val Magnaboschi
- Return to the cars by 16

The hike takes place even in the absence of snow.
