On Sunday, August 29, 2021, the Pro Loco of Enego organizes a beautiful guided hike on the Sentiero del
It is an itinerary full of curiosities and fascinating places that of the Sentiero del Forte,which runs through some of the places related to the ancient history ofEnego.
The path leads you to visit the Star fort,located in Coldarco and dating back to the First World War.
Carved entirely into the rock, it is a tunnel of about 60/70 m that has 5 side tunnels overlooking the Valsugana,four of which are armed with 75A pieces. Along with other fortresses - including the nearby Fort Lisser - the Star fort was part of the Brenta-Cismon barrier, a defensive system built by the Italians for the defense of Valsugana.
The meeting is scheduled at 10:00 am at theTourist Office in Enego.
