In winter pastures lie, but not the nature that surrounds them: chamois, alpine Hare and more continue to visit the more striking these walks. The protagonist of this environment is the pasture and even more its main product, the Asiago cheese DOP: together we will find out what makes it so special.

DETAILS OF THE EXCURSION:

• Meeting time: 09.00 hours at the parking lot of the consortium of dairies (via f. Baracca Asiago);
• Difficulty: 2 on a scale of 1 to 5;
• Duration of the excursion: half-day;
• Moving with your car.

To take with you: walking boots (NO MOON BOOT), clothing (in winter there may be extreme cold, but walking or snowshoeing there heats up quickly), water or warm yourself for the duration of the hike.
