Saturday, August 19, 2017, you can immerse yourself in a world of calm and relaxation with theguided excursion to the Fort Interrupted organized by Chandra Yoga of Asiago, in collaboration with theAlexander Palace Farmhouse of Asiago.

As Rasta, with a meditative walk suitable for everyone, we'll enter into the nature of the plateau, by surrendering completely through the use of the five senses.

During the excursion, you will be taught useful techniques of breathing, you can live the unique experience of energy recharge you get with theembrace of trees and find balance and harmony through gong bath inside the Strong Interrupted with Flavio Zae.

In case of bad weather, the hike is canceled while the bathrooms of sound are placed inside a structure in the Centre of Asiago.
