On Thursday 27 August 2026, from 17:00 to 18:00, the Cinema Teatro Palladio in Cesuna will host a pilates lesson led by Valentina Frigo, a graduate in Sports Science and certified instructor.

The event will offer participants a moment dedicated to body care and the quality of movement, through exercises aimed at promoting mobility, posture, balance and toning. 

Pilates, practiced with constancy and attention, helps to improve body awareness, dissolve tension and strengthen deep muscles, contributing to a more harmonious and lasting well-being.

The lesson is designed for those who want to indulge in an hour of gentle but effective physical activity, suitable for regaining energy, elasticity and stability. 

An opportunity to devote yourself to yourself with a guided, professional and attentive approach.

Comfortable clothing is required to participate and you must bring a personal yoga mat with you.
