
On Thursday, July 18 , 2024, at 9:00 p.m., the Institute of Cimbrian Culture in Roana will host a cultural evening dedicated to the discovery of Cimbrian traditions and language, with evening opening of the Museum.
The event will offer participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in the history of the Cimbrian people and their rich cultural and linguistic heritage.
The Cimbrian Cultural Institute, located in Via Romeo Sartori 20 in Roana, is a reference point for the study and promotion of Cimbrian roots. The Museum, an integral part of the Institute, preserves a precious ethnographic collection that allows you to deepen your knowledge of the Cimbrian language and traditions. This people, of Germanic origin, settled in the Plateau during the Middle Ages, creating a colony that, thanks to territorial isolation, has preserved traditions and many aspects of its language to the present day.
