Excursion destination: SelvArt and the woods of Mezzaselva di Roana
A walk through the beech and fir woods of Monte Erio leads us through the SelvArt park , where art and nature dialogue in an atmosphere full of charm.
Among works of art, shaded paths and unexpected views, the guide will accompany you to discover the ancient Cimbrian legends that still inhabit the imagination of the Plateau today.
Story after story, giant ogres, talking trees, saving squirrels and a scary creature made up of pieces of unfortunate men and women will come to life....
A journey through fantasy, traditions and popular culture that will allow you to look at the forest with new eyes and discover an essential part of the Cimbrian Culture!
Every tree, every rock and every place hides a story to be discovered and handed down!

This event is part of the cultural event Hoga Zait, the Cimbrian festival co-financed by the Municipal Administration of Roana and organized in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Mezzaselva.
📈DIFFICULTY: we assign difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING ALONG: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.
🫰COST: €5 for the guided excursion per person.
