Excursion destination: the districts of Roana
Roana preserves in its districts, in its paths and in the names of the places the traces of an ancient history, deeply linked to the Cimbrian culture and the relationship between man and the mountains.
Crossing the village and its historic districts, we will discover how generations of inhabitants have shaped the territory, exploiting precious resources such as wood and water from the Rèndela, essential for the life of the community.
Among ancient Cimbrian toponyms, tales of daily life and transformations of the landscape, we will retrace the history of a territory that over the centuries has managed to keep its cultural identity alive.
