On Sunday, July 14 , 2024, in Camporovere di Roana, an unmissable event of the Hoga Zait program - The Cimbrian Festival of Roana will be held. 

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., "On the trail of the past... The cheese of the Cimbri", an initiative that combines the demonstration of the ancient craft of the cheesemaker with Cimbrian tales and an educational workshop for children and teenagers.

Participants will have the opportunity to get an up-close look at traditional cheese-making techniques and hear fascinating stories of Cimbrian culture. During the workshop, which will take place at Casa Tanzerloch, Carlo Bressan will offer the youngest an educational and fun experience. 

Admission is free, but the workshop is limited to a maximum of 20 people. 

This event is a unique opportunity to get closer to local traditions and rediscover the historical roots of the Asiago Plateau. Don't miss it!
