During the morning, you will go through woods and meadows to collect herbs and flowers to create natural preparations and health and beauty benefits. Thanks to the expert guidance of the instructors, the herbs collected will then be transformed into syrups, soaps and ointments to be used if necessary... A sort of natural first aid kit.
Nature is a great teacher and gives us many small and precious remedies for everyday life... Let's find out how to best use them!
