On Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., a muscle awakening lesson will take place at the Palazzetto Polifunzionale in Canova, an activity designed to reactivate the body with gradual and targeted exercises.

The proposal is dedicated to those who want to start the day with light movement, improving mobility, posture and muscle tone through an accessible practice suitable for different levels of preparation.

Comfortable clothing and a personal mat are required to participate. 

The activity includes a participation fee.
