Destination: Roana - Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities

Event co-financed by the Municipal Administration of Roana and organized in collaboration with the pro loco of Mezzaselva. 

We will walk through meadows and pastures overlooking the Val d'Assa and the Little Dolomites, discovering the link between flowers, pollinating insects and biodiversity. A journey immersed in the colors and scents of the mountain summer, where nature tells its story through its most precious balances.

Once at the educational farm, an experience awaits us that involves all the senses: the scent of wax and honey, the buzzing of bees, the colors of the hive and the stories of those who guard this extraordinary world every day.

To conclude the afternoon, a guided tasting of local honeys to savor the different nuances and aromas that the meadows of the Plateau contain in every teaspoon.

A sensory experience between nature, traditions and local products to share with family or friends. 🍯🌼🐝

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging) The route is a loop and does not present any particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths, dirt roads and a few short stretches of paved road with little traffic. The uphill elevation gain is less than 150 m, there are no exposed sections. 

TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, any sunscreen, sunglasses.

🫰COST: 10€ for the guided experience per person. Free for children under 15 years old.
