DESTINATION: Valdassa - Altopiano dei Sette Comuni
From Camporovere you cross the Valdassa to head towards the Malghe of Mount Verena and arrive at Malga Pustere. The woods hit hard first by Vaia and now by the bark beetle will give us the opportunity to guide you through the evolution of the landscape of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni. Once in Malga Pusterle will be the pastures and the activity of the pasture to have no more secrets for you, so as to discover how the tasty Asiago cheese is prepared. The way back follows the course of the Assa stream up to the intersection of the Val della Scaletta where you climb up to cross the Kirchenbald road that comes out in Höll and then in Camporovere.

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties, there are no exposed sections. It develops between paved roads and dirt roads. The difference in altitude uphill is less than 400 m.
MEETING POINT: 9.30 am at the parking lot in front of the Church of Camporovere - Parish of San Giovanni Battista 36010 Camporovere VI -
TO TAKE WITH YOU: hiking shoes, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunglasses, HELMET.
