At the Val Formica Refuge, on the Asiago Plateau, love is celebrated!
For the feast of Valentine's Day the refuge provides a triple proposal that will make your heart beat faster!
Imagine... the warm atmosphere of the refuge, an exquisite and romantic dinner and the dream welcome of the new suites.
THE PROPOSALS:
- First proposal: Monday 14 February 2022 romantic dinner with dedicated menu, open to all.
- Second and third proposal: treat yourself to an unforgettable lovers' party by choosing as a love nest the exclusive accommodations of the new Deluxe Resort of the Refuge. Book your suite, dinner is given to you by the Val Formica Refuge!
Optionally, arrival on Sunday 13 February, dinner with the Valentine's Day menu only for guests of the Resort, bed and breakfast; or, equal treatment with arrival on Monday 14 February for dinner with dedicated menu, bed and breakfast.
THE MENU

Foam of polenta, porcini mushrooms and Asiago stravecchio DOP
Cup of crispy piglet, Jerusalem artichoke and artichoke chips

Orzotto with red turnip, burrata and rosemary powder
Cappellacci alla guancetta sautéed with roast sauce and fine herbs
Second
Rabbit stuffed with sausage and new spinach with roasted leek
Desserts
Pistachio and sweet chocolate variations
Small pastry at the end of the meal
Assorted chocolate hearts
The menu is offered at 45 euros per person (including water and coffee, excluding wines)
