Yoga class, open to all in Asiago
Thursday, August 30 2018, final lesson of the summer course of integral yoga supervised by teacher Gigliola Feltham.
The lesson, as always, will be held at the elementary school m. Ortigara of Asiago (Bertacchi), from 18.00 to 19.00, and will be for free offer.
One last chance to enjoy some healthy relaxation on the plateaubefore the end of the summer holidays!

WHAT IS YOGA
The yoga is an ancient discipline born in the Orient as a meditative practice and used even today, even in Western countries to achieve a State of well-being. Physical exercises practiced with yoga start working all the muscles and structures of the body, allowing you to adjust the frequency and depth of breathing. The slow and gentle movements help to relax.
