On Thursday 6 August 2026, at 8:00 am, the Palazzetto Polifunzionale di Canove will host a Dynamic Gymnastics match, an activity designed to start the day in the name of movement, energy and the care of one's physical well-being.

The initiative offers a session of exercises aimed at improving mobility, coordination, posture and muscle tone, through an activity suitable for people of different ages and levels of preparation. 

An opportunity to dedicate time to yourself, keeping your body active in a serene and stimulating context.

To participate, you are required to wear comfortable clothing and bring a personal mat.

The activity includes a participation fee.
