GOAL: Baito Erio – Plateau of the Seven Municipalities (VI)

This event is part of the Hoga Zait Manifestation – the festival of Cimbrian culture.

The event is co-financed and organized in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Mezzaselva and the Municipal Administration of Roana.

Ista gabest an botta... Once upon a time... This is how all fairy tales begin! And then: 

… Once upon a time, and perhaps there still is, there was a group of people who would like to live a magical experience in the mountains, and for this reason they meet before sunset in Mezzaselva, the ancient Toballe, in Piazza dei Cimbri.

With the lights of the sunset everything smells of magic, at every step there is a new glimpse to discover, a legend to listen to, a tradition to learn. 

You enter the woods with the stealthy step of the fox to listen to the voices of the birds that greet the day that is leaving, the forest crackles under the hooves of deer and roe deer, disturbing the nocturnal song of toads, crickets and scops owls.

Stories of mountains and mountain people, true stories, magical stories... all in the dim light of lanterns illuminated by the Cimbrian culture.

Reservations are mandatory. 

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route does not present particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and a few short stretches of asphalt road with little traffic.

The difference in height is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.

🎒WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the activity, a small snack such as dried fruit.
