On Wednesday 30 July 2025, the Gym of the Roana Primary School, in Via Maggiore 29, hosts an event dedicated to physical well-being: at 18:00 a postural gymnastics lesson will take place here, an opportunity to take care of your body through controlled and targeted movements.

This practice, suitable for all ages and levels of preparation, helps to improve posture, relieve muscle tension and regain harmony in movement. 

The cozy atmosphere of the gym and the expert guide will make the experience pleasant and beneficial.
