Gospel concert with JUNE and THE SIONETTES, December 30, 2015 Bintar Gospel Festival on Wednesday in Treschè basin,
Wednesday, December 30, 2015, on the occasion of the fourth date with the Gospel Festival Bintar 2015-2016, the Gospel Choir June & The Sionettes warmly the parish church in Treschè basin of Roana.
The gifted young singers will perform in a fantastic concert Gospel, with a mix of traditional and contemporary music that tells and publicizing God's Word.
The concert will begin at 21.00 and, as always, is free.
JUNE & THE SIONETTES
In 1998, June Rogers-Eliely, having had a vision from the Lord, decide to form a group to support the Church's music Ministry at Mount Zion Baptist pastor Reverend Dr. Godfather Wizard and Jessie o. Johnson. This is how The Sionettes which, thanks to the support of parents in June that act as manager, calling on the musical scenes conveying God's message to listeners.
With a mix of traditional and contemporary gospel music, the group is determined more than ever to use their talents to spread the word of God.
United States for more than 15 years traveling have shared the stage with notable figures such as Maurette Brown Clark, Shirley Caesar, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, Lee Williams, Darryl McFadden, Keith Johnson and Wonder boy David Bratton and, between their experiences, memorable is the performance at the Symphony Theater on Broadway.
The road has not been and is not easy at all, but the Group continues to resist while maintaining their integrity. The group members are constantly changing, but the tenacity of June is backed by the promise made to God.
