Cheese Festival with food stands, markets, music and workshops

Sunday 20 August 2017 back to Roana the traditional "Keese Fest", a Festival dedicated to cheese with food and crafts market, food stalls and lots of music.

The event, which will last all day on Sunday, will take place in piazza Santa Giustina and the big top, with opening of the food stand from 12.00 up and in the evening from 19.00. You can taste the typical dishes of the plateau and, needless to say, the cheesy Asiago DOP.

The cheese Festival of Roana is an opportunity not to be missed for fans of Linguistics, having the chance to listen to the ancient Cimbrian language, still spoken by the inhabitants. The piazza di Roana will turn into a huge market of typical products: fberths, meats and crafts.

The kitchen of the big top will propose a menu of cheese at midday and in the evening. The "Keese Fest" looks like a wandering through the flavours of typical products and local handicrafts. To show itself in all their taste, obviously, they will be cheese.
