On Sunday, January 4, 2026, at 8:45 p.m., at the Gallio Auditorium, "The Plateau in the eye of the enemy in the Great War" will be held, a photographic projection with historical story by Vittorio Poli and the Skiers Association.
Through a careful selection of period images taken from the point of view of the Austro-Hungarian army, the meeting offers an unprecedented reading of the highland front during the First World War. The photographs, accompanied by narration and historical contextualization, will offer a fascinating visual and documentary cross-section of the conflict seen "from the other side".
An opportunity to learn more about the history of the Plateau, observing its places and mountains through the eyes of the enemy, between front lines, military posts and testimonies from the past.
Free admission.
