The Municipality of Gallio invites everyone to participate in a truly unique Christmas event: the "Snowshoeing of the Santa Clauses", which will take place on Saturday, December 23, 2023 on the enchanting slopes of Mount Ongara (or Mount Longara). 

An unmissable event for those who want to experience the spirit of Christmas in nature and in an original way.

The guided excursion, together with Alexplora, along a route of about 7 km (with an elevation gain of 200 meters), will be a special experience for mountain lovers and for anyone who wants to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the winter views of the Asiago 7 Municipalities Plateau. 

Each participant is invited to fully immerse themselves in the Christmas atmosphere, wearing the Santa Claus costume (or other themed costume) to add a touch of joy and color to the snowy landscape.

The start is set for 9.00 a.m. at the Campomulo Refuge. 

At the end of the excursion, participants will have the opportunity to have lunch at the refuge, where they will be able to savor tasty typical dishes and warm up, continuing to enjoy the conviviality and Christmas spirit.

To participate in this winter adventure, reservations are required at the Gallio Tourist Office (subject to availability).
