Snowshoeing or Guided evening walk in search of the missing sweets of the Befana!
META: the woods of Monte Erio - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
When the sun goes down on the eve of the Epiphany, the Befana must quickly mount her ramshackle broom, to bring socks to all the children!
As every year, however, passing through the plateau, during the journey she lets herself be distracted in her magical flight: the animals of the woods that greet her, the tops of the trees that tell her the latest news, the frozen lakes that would like her to stop to mirror themselves ...
So distracted, during her journey she loses so many candies, that during this simple excursion (with snowshoes) we will try to find before the Befana returns to fill her socks!
A fun guided experience in nature for adults and children to discover the wonders of the mountain and in search of many delicacies!
Reservations are required.
Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths, and dirt roads. The difference in altitude uphill is less than 220 m, there are no exposed sections.
The route may vary due to the presence of ice / snow but the difficulty and the theme will remain unchanged.
TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, cap, gloves. Front battery recommended.
COST: 10€ per person for the guided excursion. Sweet gifts for all participants.
Possible rental of snowshoes and poles: € 10 per person.
MEETING POINT: at 17.00 at the parking lot of the Campolongo Refuge (Centro Fondo Campolongo) - Via Verenetta, 36010 Rotzo - VI
It starts on foot from the meeting place.
