The area of Porta Manazzo, is known for several aspects: one of the most enchanting nature of the Plateau, the presence of numerous malghe, the vision of a 360-degree panorama that can range from the Swiss Alps to the Lagoon of Venice.
The route winds through snowy pastures in an alpine climate, then continues through fir and larch forests. From the ridge you can easily see how the erosion of ice first and water then, excavated the Valsugana, the Valdassa and modeled the nearby mountains.

COST OF THE SNOWSHOE OPEN TO ALL:
Adults: 20.00 euros (part of the proceeds will go to the AIRC for the fight against breast cancer)
Boys up to 15 years old: 5th
Cost of snowshoes and sticks: 10 euros
Lunch: sack or (Larch Shelter by Alessio SOLD OUT MESSI TO DISPOSITION)
FIXED MENU (three options):
1. COMPLETE MENU at a cost of 25 euros: first of choice, second mixed with side dishes, treats, coffee, house drinking in reasonable quantities;
2. MENU INTERNEDIO at a cost of 20 euros: mixed seconds with side dishes, treats, coffee, house drinking in reasonable quantities;
3. LIGHT MENU at a cost of 15 euros: first choice, treats, coffee, home drinking in reasonable quantities;
Lunch is to be adjusted directly with the Sanctuary.
For groups larger than 5 adults, a payment of the deposit indicated at the time of booking is mandatory.

CLOTHING REQUIRED
Snowshoes if needed, mountain scarponcini, NO MOON BOOT, winter pants (no jeans), fleece, windbreaker, cap, gloves and a total change of clothing always in the car.
RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES:
Sunglasses, sunscreen, hot tea and chocolate.
Moving by its own means.
WHO WE ARE - PLATEAU GUIDES
We "Highland Guides" are the first group of professional guides on the plateau. We are local guides operating on the territory of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities since 2008. The membership of the place by the members of the group ensures an intimate knowledge of the proposed goals and a deeply respectful approach to the environment and its history. Our Guides are recognized mountain professionals and registered in the register of the Province of Vicenza; they propose to accompany groups of people on excursions and guided tours in the territory, as provided by L.R. No.33 of 04/11/2002 and according to the laws of the professional books of which fan is part.
READING THE DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY
FACILE: The route takes place on forest roads, dirt roads or easy mulees always well indicated and without orientation problems in cases of fog or bad weather. The terrain can be disconnected or lack of signals. The maximum difference in altitude, however, remains within the 300 meters.
MEDIO/IMPEGNATIVE: The route definitely exceeds three hours, it is complex for the difference in altitude that can reach 500 meters or for the length of the walk up to 6 hours, it takes place on a trail with some challenging climbs or descents but can be overcome without the support of mountaineering equipment. The terrain can be disconnected or lack of signals.
IMPEGNATIVO: These itineraries require a lot of experience, training and physical strength from those who travel them. it is necessary to know how to move expertly even in dangerous terrain: gravels, steep slopes or steep stretches, thick scrub, high and unreferenced, passages in rock, absence of springs. The difficulty of the terrain and the distance from the points of support require total autonomy. Where indicated there may be a need to bring to the tow bivouac material such as the tent, bivouac bag, stove, food, requires training, energy and strong motivation.
