Made in Malga: guided excursion through the huts of Val Formica with a taste of typical products
GOAL: Val Formica- Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
Get to know a territory, its herbs, its history, its Malghesi. This is what we can do in the splendid setting of the Val Formica, where splendid views frame numerous huts and as many pastures ... all similar, all different. The guide, step by step, will explain the peculiarities of each mountain pasture, making each of you an expert mountaineer.
During the walk we will also stop to make some taste of alpine products and a chat with the Malghesi.
Reservations are required.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between dirt roads, mountain paths and some stretches of asphalt road, rarely busy. The difference in altitude uphill is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit.
COST: 20€ for the guided excursion with tastings. 10€ for children under 15 years.
