Sunday 16 July 2023, the 10 ^ edition of the half marathon LEM - LaEnegoMarcesina will be held, a competitive running event, starting at 10.00 am from the Marcesina Refuge.
It is a mountain race of Trail Running on the Piana di Marcesina, whose route will be, by great demand of the athletes, the same as in 2022 and will cross the Piana di Marcesina in the Municipalities of Enego, Foza and Grigno.
The event includes, in addition to the famous 21K Half Marathon, also a non-competitive march to enhance the mountain huts of the Piana di Marcesina, "Gustando Marcesina", which this year reaches its second edition. The walk, free and open to all, will wind along a 10K route.
"La Enego Marcesina" is an unmissable event to run, between pastures and huts, in an incredible landscape!

SPECIAL INFORMATION
- given the nature of the terrain, trail running shoes are strongly recommended
- the race field can be reached both from the Bivio Dori - Valmaron road, and from the Lazzaretti - Foza road
- at the end of the roads you will find the staff who will show you where to park your vehicle
- there is no motorhome parking area
The program of the Lem 2023
ROUTE - Extraordinary ring route (closed to vehicular traffic) on the plain of Marcesina, a large expanse of pastures surrounded by spruce woods and rich in mountain huts, partly on paved road, partly on dirt and forest road with about 200 meters in altitude. It crosses the territory of 2 provinces (Vicenza and Trento) in the municipalities of Enego, Foza and Grigno.
Departure and arrival: in Marcesina, Rifugio Marcesina.
It is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by the organization, the use of bicycles and own vehicles on the track following the athletes. Athletes may not be accompanied or towed. The race will take place in all weather conditions.

7.30 am: Meeting of Juries and Competitors at Piazzale rifugio Marcesina
10.00 am: Departure
1.30 pm: Awards ceremony
BIB-CHIP COLLECTION
- Saturday 15.07.2023 from 14:00 to 18:30 at the ASD LEM headquarters in Via Colonnello Fincato in Enego.
- Sunday 16.07.2023 from 8:00 am to 9:30 am in Rifugio Marcesina.
For the collection of the bib must be shown identification document or proxy with a copy of the document of the delegator.
Registration will entitle you to: race bib, electronic timing chip rental, insurance and medical assistance, refreshments.
Participants will also have a race pack whose characteristics will be specified on the event website. The collection of the race pack will be made at the same time as the collection of the bib.
NB. There is NO storage of athletes' bags.
TIME LIMIT
The time limit to finish the race is set at 3 hours.
AWARDS
The first 3 classified (male and female categories) of the general classification will be awarded. No cash prize (or similar case: generic value vouchers, bonuses, engagements, reimbursement of expenses of any kind and for any reason).
Athletes will be rewarded with technical material and / or typical local products.
UPON ARRIVAL
Athletes who regularly reach the finish line will receive the official medal of the race. The rankings and the participation certificate (printable by the participant) will be available free of charge, in the days following the race, on the ENDU portal.
