Live video of the planting of new trees in the woods of Enego, on the Asiago Plateau, to encourage the regrowth of forests destroyed in 2018 by storm VAIA

On Saturday, May 23, 2020,at noon,you can watch the planting of new trees in the woods of Enego,onthe Plateau of the Seven Municipalities.

The exciting event is curated by WOWnature and is part of the initiatives of WOWalps,an interesting environmental project that gives people and companies the opportunity to take care of the forests and, where it is needed, create new ones.
In particular, on theAsiago Plateau,the project is aimed at rebuilding the forests in the territory of the Municipality of Enego,hard hit by storm Vaia, a catastrophic event that at the end of October 2018 put the mountain to a very hard test, cutting down thousands of hectares of woodland.

We at are proud to support as a partner this beautiful project in favor of the forests of the Plateau,giving the opportunity to anyone who wants to witness live the operationof planting new trees in the area of the Municipality of Enego.

A project carried out thanks to the availability of the owners and managers of the Enego forests as part of the WOWalps initiative , the rebirth of alpine forests promoted by WOWnature in collaboration with municipalities and private individuals caring for forests affected by Cyclone Vaia.
