Made in Malga 2017 to Asiago: the best mountain cheeses are waiting from 7 to 10 September 2017
Made in mountain huts, the national event dedicated to mountain cheeses, back to Asiago from 7 to 10 September 2017, for four days full of initiatives, news and ... of cheese!
The event par excellence dedicated to wine tasting and the Discovery of mountain cheeses will animate the historic centre of Asiago with tasting and encounters in stores, bars, restaurants and hotels town.
The mountain cheese will be the leitmotif of a weekend spent full of taste, flavours and the typical products of our region's Alpine plateau out again this year will be our guests.
Made in malga 2017 caters all lovers of Alpine cheese and confirms a pleasant opportunity to discover tastes and flavours of "high altitude". The event can only participate in the productions ofmountain farming (products over 600 metres a.s.l.).

Cheeses and products of the mountain starring with tastings, workshops and meetings in listings of Asiago Centre.
Every shop, boutiques, bars, wine bars and restaurant of the circuit Made in Malga will host a manufacturer with its specialties.
The guide will explain the stages of a journey ... all to taste!

L'OSTERIA DI MONTAGNA
The space covered in Piazza Carli turns into Osteria serving the typical dishes of the mountain:
tosela with polenta, pastin, hamburger with beef mountain, Rotzo potatoes, dumplings with sopressa, specialities of Molise (Cheese, sausage, grilled local hanged), bigoli with smoked ricotta and butter, cheese of Caseificio Pennar, Monte Veronese cheese, Lamon beans and cake Ortigara.
TheAsiago Bistro serves with Asiago dop cheese in different curing times. Combined wines of Cantina Ciccio Zaccagnini and mountain craft beers from Trentino Bionoc, Ale di Fiemme, Parker and the Young Beer of Sauris (Friuli).

The band was born in 2012 and offers a tribute to the legendary Blues Brothers. From the passion for the most famous BLUES brothers of the world here is the new, glitzy, Soul Men Band!
Not just a tribute to the Blues Brothers, but real Soul Men, men who take the soul and will come straight to your heart. Italians, strictly in black suit, hat and sunglasses. Tracks offered are those of the homonymous film by John Landis, as well as those brought in around the world in the Blues Brothers tour.
