Saturday, July 13, 2013, Rotzo, Bepi de Marzi, with some of his choral voices, read, sing and tell Mario Rigoni Stern in five years after its disappearance.

Giuseppe (Bepi) De Marzi (Arzignano, May 28, 1935) is a composer, choirmaster and organist Italian.

BIOGRAPHY

After the diplomas in organ and organ composition, piano and conducting studies and composition he dedicated himself to Chamber music and the basso continuo becoming from 1978 until 1998 the organist and harpsichordist, and Deputy Director, of I Solisti Veneti directed by Claudio Scimone. Teacher in the Conservatory of Padua since 1976. He is currently Director of the male choir Crodaioli which he founded in 1958.

It is certainly one of the most popular and performed composers copyright singing folk-inspired. Its pages such as Lord of the summits, Sanmatio, Benia Calastoria, sudden, Joska la rossa, drawn from poems whose lyrics often dialect, often compounds by his friend Charles Geminiani, encounter a harmonic-melodic compositional texture of instrumental nature.

During his career he received numerous awards and accolades, including the "Premio Masi" for Venetian civilization. It is often called as jury member in national and international competitions, choral and composition.

The June 21, 2012 received in Salice Terme Antonio Cagnoni Award for lifetime achievement (the first edition of this event) attending the execution of some of his pages that commented personally.
