L ' Astronomical Observatory of Asiago continues with meetings open to the public.

Friday, February 22, 2013, at the 'Observatory in Pennar, there will be a guided observation of the sky, weather permitting, visit the telescope Galileo 122 cm and a thematic Conference at ' in the multimedia room.

In any case you visit Galileo Telescope, which is the historic telescope of Asiago, completed in 1942.

The main purpose of the meetings is to make known to the general public how it performs the work of astronomers, as telescopes are realized, what are today the best tools for astronomical research and the results obtained.

The ' Asiago plateau is home to the largest telescopes of ' National Institute for Astrophysics (INAF) on land managed by the National Astronomical Observatory of Padova ' that in Asiago has for decades his observational seat.
