The FORGOTTEN GARDEN workshop meeting-Der vergessene Garten on 14 June in Lusiana, Asiago plateau
Saturday 14 June 2014 from 9.30 a.m. at the Council Hall of the municipality of Lusiana, Asiago plateau held a meeting inside The Forgotten Garden-Der Vergessene Garten, the seminar on cultivation and marketing of horticultural products and delland medicinal plants.
The seminar is structured in five meetings attended by experts in the field, under which there will be an opportunity to compare the experiences of manufacturers and entrepreneurs of the Montagna Vicentina and the Alto Bellunese.

9.30 -16 A.m. Local products and medicinal plants: use in the kitchen

Discover the art of cooking with wild and cultivated herbs, flowers, knowing its characteristics. Usually you think of flowers as ornament but as well as being beautiful, colorful and fragrant, the flowers also have other virtues, and this course will discover her, explaining how to use medicinal plants, herbs and flowers combined with typical products vicentini to invent or discover new dishes.

Ways to participate
The seminar is open to the public. Participation in the seminar is free of charge.
Interested parties shall submit their tenders to the Montagna Vicentina LAG before the end of the 4/30/2014, via email at . For cooking on Saturday 14 June there will be a limited number of participants.
